Pibble Pearls
Cotton Candy Dog Collar
Who doesn't love pink? We all do. This collar pairs 20mm solid pink acrylic beads with 14mm rose and white blended acrylic beads to create both a beautiful color and an interesting structure. This collar is just as sweet as cotton candy but your dentist won't mind if you buy it. Pairs beautifully with our Cotton Candy BioThane leash.
Made from woven cable to ensure strength, this collar is not only beautiful, it is also functional. We use only welded rings for our slip on collars and metal buckles for our side release buckles. This ensures a quality product that will provide your pet safety and you peace of mind.
Want a martingale chain instead? Order an Open Link collar 4 inches shorter than what you need. Then add a martingale chain (black or silver) to your order. We will automatically create your martingale collar. If ordering multiple collars, use the notes section during checkout to let us know which collar you want to be a martingale.

Measuring for a Pibble Pearls Collar
Measuring for a Pibble Pearls dog collar is a simple process. Should you need any further instructions, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@pibblepearls.com.
Closed-Loop Collar Measuring instructions:
1. Prepare a soft measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler.
2. Ensure that your dog is standing comfortably and relaxed.
3. Measure the widest part of your dog’s head, typically just behind the ears.
4. Wrap the measuring tape or string around this area, making sure it is snug but not too tight. Take note of the measurement in inches.
5. If you’re using a string, mark the point where it overlaps and then measure the string with a ruler.
6. Next, consider the desired fit. For a slip-on collar, it should be snug enough to fit over your dog’s head but not so loose that it can slip off easily.
7. Compare your measurement to the available sizing options. This will help you select the appropriate size.
8. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it’s generally best to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
9. Once you have determined the correct size, you can proceed with purchasing or ordering the closed-loop dog collar.
Remember, it’s important to measure your dog accurately to ensure a proper fit and to prevent discomfort or potential escape.
Open Link and Side Release Buckle Collar Measuring Instructions:
Beaded collars will "loose" some length due to the space taken up by the thickness of the beads. We recommend adding 2 inches for large bead collars (18+ MM beads). Add 1" for collars made of beads smaller than 18MM.
1. Get a soft measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler.
2. Ensure that your dog is standing or sitting comfortably.
3. Measure your dog’s neck circumference. The neck circumference is the area where the collar will rest.
4. Place the measuring tape or string around the base of your dog’s neck, where the collar usually sits.
5. Ensure that the measuring tape or string is snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers between the tape/string and your dog’s neck for a comfortable fit.
6. If you’re using a string, mark the point where it overlaps and then measure the string with a ruler to get the circumference.
7. Take note of the measurement in inches.
8. Compare your measurement to the available sizing options. This will help you select the appropriate size.
9. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it’s generally best to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
10. Once you have determined the correct size, you can proceed with purchasing or ordering the dog collar.
Additionally, you can measure an existing collar to determine the correct length. Remember to exclude the male portion of the buckle that is covered by the female end. Beaded collars will "lose" some length due to the space taken up by the thickness of the beads. We recommend adding 2 inches for large bead collars (18+ MM beads). Add 1" for collars made of beads smaller than 18MM.
Remember, an accurately sized collar is essential for your dog’s comfort and safety, so take the time to measure carefully.
All of our beaded collars now have a side release buckle option.
NOTE: Beaded collars will "loose" some length due to the space taken up by the thickness of the beads. We recommend adding 2 inches for large bead collars (18+ MM beads). Add 1" for collars made of beads smaller than 18MM.
A slip on collar (we often refer to as our closed loop) will slip over your pet's head. It will fit looser than other collars as it must be sufficiently large enough to go around the largest part of your dog's head, which is typically right behind their ears.
The side release buckle is a standard dog collar buckle. By pressing in the sides, the buckle slide will release. This collar can fit a bit snugger as the circumference of your pet's neck is typically smaller than the largest portion of their head. These collars do not have a d-ring, but you are able to clip your leash, pet IDs, etc, directly on the cable loop that is created where the collar ties into the buckle.
Our open Link (screw closure) collar is typically going to be a similar length as a nylon collar. It will also be able to fit snugger than a slip-on. You use an oval link, available at any hardware store or through our store, to connect the collar together. We do not include a link with collars as people purchase multiple collars and can use the same link for all collars. This helps keep costs down for our customers. Additionally, links come in a variety of sizes. Some customers prefer a smaller link, some an average size link, and some a relatively large gauge link.
No matter which collar you pick, you can rest easy that it will be strong, durable, and beautiful.

Caring for your Pibble Pearls collars is simple.
Cleaning
Avoid using harsh chemicals to clean your colors. A wet soft cloth will clean off most debri or dirt. Harsh chemicals or rough/abrasive cleaning utensils can scratch your collar or remove print.
Storage
You can store you Pibble Pearls collars in a drawer or hang them on a hook when not in use. Store in a clean and dry environment to prevent dirt build up or any degradation from excess moisture.
